location: the hotel was just off the beach area, the centre of the old town and many sights, restaurants, and shops around. we had a brand-new double room with a shared bathroom, the kitchen, as example.

Overall my stay was enjoyable and would stay here again. Stunningly beautiful hotel, the staff were all extremely polite and affable and the location was incredible in Old Town with the most amazing staff.

The services here are excellent and the facilities are overall very nice, plus they offer free parking.

This place is centrally located, and we were just a short distance from a captivating medieval castle. The room was attractively furnished with a variety of amenities including a multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a comfortable sitting area.

This hotel is conveniently located within a 4-6 minutes' walk from a prominent tower and offers a peaceful atmosphere, as well as spacious and trendy rooms equipped with smoke detectors for safety.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was nicely styled and spotlessly clean, and there were convenient amenities like a dining area, ironing facilities, and a study table - plus the location was great for walking around a tall tower nearby.

The staff was polite, exceptionally nice, and provided a quiet atmosphere. The location was great and amazing, and we could reach a tall tower by walking. Staying here for holiday was very relaxing, totally recommendable.

I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel in Kotor! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and refreshing air conditioning. The shared kitchen and living room were a great bonus, providing plenty of space to relax and socialize. I loved the convenience of having a proper kitchen and even a washing machine available. The coffee machine in the hallway was also a nice touch. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Old Town Kotor. Despite being in a bustling area, the street was mostly filled with shops, so there was little noise at night. It was the perfect balance of enjoying the charm of Old Town without any inconveniences. The host, Filip, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. The free coffee and tea available 24/7, as well as the small bar of food and drinks for purchase, were thoughtful additions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kotor!

Great location close to the city center and the parking lot. The host gave us detailed instructions on where to park, which was very helpful. The property was clean and modern. Free coffee and nice design were a bonus. We appreciated the option of late check out on the last day.

There is no housekeeping. We stayed for three nights and had to get our own toilet paper and dispose of our own trash.
